Look for something that is not. Many people know that you can improve on existing, but few can see the missing.

This is one of my favorite rules. In human nature to focus on what is presented, but much more important to pay attention to what is not, or missing.

Always think about what kind of released. You can open up amazing things.
This is what leaders are looking for in recruits employees. Do they go beyond the usual things and orders? .

This is a rare quality, and few have them. But at the same time, this quality can be and should be developed in those in whom it is.
